Delivery Information

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders – no minimum spend required.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of purchase.

Estimated delivery time:

• Royal Mail Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
  

You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. Please note that we currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and some remote postcodes may take a little longer.

Unfortunately we cannot offer international delivery at this time.

Returns Policy

We hope you and your horses are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided it meets the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  
• The protective seal must not have been removed or broken
  
• You must contact us at info@elementequine.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to return it
  
• Once approved, you’ll have a further 14 days to send the item back to us
  

Please note:

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked Royal Mail service, as we can’t accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
  
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
  

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@elementequine.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We may ask for photos or batch details to help us investigate. Once confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund — including postage costs — at no additional charge to you.

Exclusions

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed supplements, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
